Avoid at all costs. Never rent in this place. 1. They will not give you back your deposit. 2. They don't allow you to choose any internet provider you want. Even though they should. Converge has wiring in the area but they don't allow it.

This is the Avida Tower accommodation booked through Airbnb. This is the most cost-effective place to stay among the lodgings I stayed at while on a business trip to the Philippines. The host was also very friendly and there was SM Sucat across the street, so shopping was convenient.

The place it’s self and the accommodations are nice there’s a shops that opens 24h next to iTunes have the SM mall just on the other side of the road . The only problem I had was with some security they asked same questions everyday . what tower are you and units if ur a guest! They should have known this especially if someone is staying there more than 2weeks.

The place is super safe, always clean, and easy to move around Manila. The SM across the street is God Sent. I have 2 units there. Definitely a 5 Star.... if it wasn't for management office personnel.

From Security guard, Property Manager down to their maintenance personnel it's all good and pleasant experience. Facilities is a compact and pocket. Clean hallways, garbage disposal is excellent.

It's an older set of condos. Reasonable size rooms, and bathroom. The staff are very helpful. Love the pool area. Has half court basketball.

Too many buildings in a small space all clustered together. Not your kind of place if claustrophobic. However, security was tight from the gate and another at your building. Location is ideal as it is along a main thoroughfare and across the property is SM City, location is 5 Stars.
